P90X

Hello loves!

Yesterday myself, my mom and my brother all started the P90X program! Let me just tell you, so far I am feeling the burn!

Day 1 included Chest and Back and also Ab Ripper X. For breakfast I ate cottage cheese and then for lunch I had a turkey and swiss sandwich. Then dinner included Turkey Feta Burgers with Roasted Red Peppers, Sweet Potato Fries and Pasta Salad…might sounds familiar seeing as how it is the same exact dish we always make at spring break or any other time us girls get together.

Day 2 had me doing Plyometrics….ummm YIKES! I was sweating like no other and it was amazing! I am going to sleep like a baby tonight because not only did I do that but I spent the day on the lake jet skiing and swimming until I had to go be a busy bee at work training to be a server. On a side note, I really enjoy serving, but right now since I am just training I’m not making any tips so basically I’m not making any money. We all know, I need the money! To eat, I skipped breakfast (bad I know) then since I was rushing to get back form the lake and to work on time I went through McDonalds (bad again!) when I got home from work I enjoyed half of a feta burger and some black bean and corn salsa.

Tomorrow brings a full day of a work out, training to serve at Brixx, baby sitting for one of my favorite little kids and then hopefully spending some time with my friends or Michael!

I’m officially pooped! Goodnight to all!
